Dealer Agreement Addendum

ADDENDUM TO SOURCE ONE FINANCIAL SERVICES DEALER AGREEMENT

This Addendum ("Addendum") modifies and supplements the previous agreement entered into by and between the parties. Except as explicitly amended below, all other terms, conditions, and provisions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect.

ROUTE 66 FINANCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM ADDENDUM TO DEALER AGREEMENT

This Route 66 Financial Services Program Addendum (this “Addendum”) is made by and between Source One Financial Services, LLC (“Source One”) and the dealer named in the signature block below (“Dealer”).

RECITALS

A. Source One has established a consumer financing program for members of the Route 66 Dealer Network, which Source One conducts under its registered fictitious name “Route 66 Financial Services” (the “Program”).

B. Dealer is a party to a dealer agreement with Source One and a member of the Route 66 Dealer Network, and wishes to participate in the Program on the terms of that dealer agreement as supplemented by this Addendum.
